At Konstent, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including software development, mobile apps, cybersecurity, and more.

Refund Policy for Digital Products and Services

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases or initiating service agreements.

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All services offered by Konstent—including but not limited to design, development, integration, consulting, security audits, or strategy—are non-refundable once the work has commenced. This is due to the time, resources, and personnel allocated immediately upon project kickoff.

2. Project-Based Engagements

For fixed-cost projects, a detailed scope of work will be discussed and mutually agreed upon before the project begins. Once the client approves the scope, any payments made toward project milestones are non-refundable.

We do not issue partial refunds for partially completed milestones unless otherwise agreed upon in the project contract.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If the client chooses to cancel the project before any work has begun, a refund minus administrative/processing fees (up to 15%) may be issued.

• If the project is cancelled after initiation, no refund will be provided.

• For subscription-based or recurring services, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be granted.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds are not granted for changes in personal or business decisions, including but not limited to:

• Choosing another provider

• Lack of features which were not explicitly promised

• Delay on the client’s end in delivering project assets or approvals

5. Quality Assurance

Konstent maintains a strict internal quality review process. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact our support team at info@konstent.com. We will attempt to resolve the concern through revisions, optimizations, or clarifications before considering any refund discussion.

6. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Payment made twice by mistake

• Incorrect amount charged due to a billing system error

In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days after confirmation.

7. Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute related to payments or deliverables, we encourage open communication. Clients can escalate their concerns to our support team, and we will review the case thoroughly. Legal actions or chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in immediate termination of service.
